Notes: Was working on really dropping down into full snatches this session, comp on the weekend i pretty much powered everything, now i need to gain confidence under the bar and do full snatches . . i want to be full snatching everything by Nationals which is in 4 weeks . . i'm kind of getting the hang of it . . the pull is fine but i'm still controlling the bar a little bit too much . . need to let go of that fear and just drop down . . slowly slowly . .

Coach tips from today: snatch pulls: pull up high, squats: adjust feet to even position.
