STRAWBERRY 2 MIN “CHEESECAKE” for dieters (LOW CAL)

Ingredients:

  • 150g Ricotta (low fat)
  • 1 scoop (30g) Strawberry Protein Powder
  • 1 handful nuts (almonds/cashews/whatever)
  • 1/2 tsp Stevia
  • Handful whole flaxseeds (optional)
  • Cinnamon (to taste)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until really smooth and WHALLAH !!

Enjoy !! It seriously takes EXACTLY like cheesecake Winking smile

ALTERNATIVES: You can add raisins, pumpkin seeds, use a different flavoured protein powder . . add some almond butter . . be creative with it.
