- 150g Ricotta (low fat)
- 1 scoop (30g) Strawberry Protein Powder
- 1 handful nuts (almonds/cashews/whatever)
- 1/2 tsp Stevia
- Handful whole flaxseeds (optional)
- Cinnamon (to taste)
Mix all ingredients together until really smooth and WHALLAH !!
Enjoy !! It seriously takes EXACTLY like cheesecake
ALTERNATIVES: You can add raisins, pumpkin seeds, use a different flavoured protein powder . . add some almond butter . . be creative with it.
