trust the process . .

Nothing’s going to change if you don’t change . .

you can bitch, moan, and tell me how HARD it is . . or you can do what needs to get done.

you want results . . put in the work . . put in the time . . don’t pussyfoot around and expect everyone around you to care if YOU DON’T CARE . .

you wanna eat crap . .  fine . . but don’t complain that you’re not losing that ass . . that you’re not losing those thighs . . or that you can’t keep up with your kids . . 

you want to be healthy?? yet you’re smoking 2 packets of cigarettes a day and coming home to a meal of fish & chips . . you didn’t have time to cook (*insert bullshit excuse here*) . .  

YOU make the choices . .  the choices determine the consequences . . it’s not the other way around . .

noone SHOVES the food down your throat and makes that choice for you . . you DON’T get to determine the consequences of your actions . .

People are obsessed with diets . .  OBSESSED with them . . they start a diet Monday . . the next Monday they’re on another one . . i’ve been there . . but seriously . . if something is WORKING for you . . why are you switching to another one ???? WHY are you doing that to yourself ?? Because your body isn’t working FAST enough for you . . oh come on . . your body is having to undo all those TOXINS you’ve been ingesting for the past 10-20 years . . it ain’t gonna happen overnight babygirl !! . . but it WILL happen . .

If you want to be healthy enough you’ll find the time . . time to work out . . time to prep your meals . .  time to buy fresh produce . .

You find time to shit . . you can find time to work out . . it just gets done . . PERIOD

BE CONSISTENT . .

Be consistent with your choices . .

Be consistent with your approach . .

Be consistent with your goals . .

and in return . . your achievements will be consistent.

It WILL happen . . just believe in yourself and trust the process . .

and i PROMISE YOU . . it WILL happen
