Training programs

Full body programs . . 4-day splits . . 5-day splits . . 12 week cycles . . 6 week cycles . . “Get Big & Lean in 16 weeks” . .

SOOOOOOO many methods to choose from . . so little time.

This is a fitness restaurant baby . . what’s on the menu you ask?

Entrees
· Get yo ass WHOOOOPED.
· Show the rest of the boys what you had for dinner last night

Mains
· Get shredded
· Get Fit & Healthy
· Get MASSSSSIVE unit

Dessert
Mmm . . looks like you could lay off the dessert there mate . . I’m just saying.

My point . .

Does having the right training program help? Well dahh.

But you know what . . you can have the CRAPPEST, lolly-water program . . train the HELL out of it . . & expect to see amazing results.

Why? Intensity.

INTENSITY is an incredible thing . . when applied.

Intensity unlocks all doors to success . .

All button popping . . shirt splitting . . crazy looking muscle gains . . surfaces from intensity applied.

What does intensity mean?

It means minimal rest periods . . just enough to get you breathing again.

It means an animalistic approach to training.

Going where no woman or man has gone or chooses to go.

Gym time is church time . .

You go in . . you pray . . you get the hell out.

No small talk . .

No perving at the blonde with the DD’s by the leg curl machine . .
You can grab her digits on the way out.

INTENSITY.

Just get it done.
