How do you increase my flexibility for the snatch? My flexibility is so poor (genetically) and I stretch my gluts, hip flexors, and crotch and everyday it's the same, it doesn't really get better, if I don't stretch for a day then it goes back...I've been lifting for over 2 months now and I don't know what works the most? should I hold the squat position for like 3 mins? hold everything for 3 mins or more??
