Notes:  Snatches felt good tonight . . focused on not jumping as high, seemed to work, 45’s felt pretty easy . . pulls felt good too . . squats on 80 i was a bit forward . . weight was a bit forward . . but other than that . . pretty good session . . happy with it . . if i can get 45 in comp on Sat i’ll be happy . .
