Notes: Jerks felt better . . mental cue was “chest/heels” before dip . . seemed to work . . cleans aren’t an issue . . 

squats felt gooood . . can’t wait till i’m in the triple digits . . BRING.IT.ON.

i.t band is hell tight so need to mobilize more than i am at the moment . . bumped sessions up to 5 days a week now so will have to make sure i keep on top of stretching & trigger point . .
