refuse to lose

it's one thing to have the desire . . it's another thing to follow it through . .

intensity isn't looking at the clock when you're in the middle of your training session . .

intensity isn't giving up half way through . .

intensity isn't finding a way to make your exercises easier . .

intensity isn't slacking off when noones watching . .

intensity isn't letting the weather dictate your training schedule . .

intensity isn't training till you're fatigued . . it's training till you drop . .

intensity isn't wasting time comparing yourself to the person next to you . .

intensity isn't giving yourself a reason to rest . .

intensity isn't talking to the dude next to you . .

intensity isn't finishing a workout prematurely . .

intensity is DIGGING DEEP . . refusing to lose . . refusing to give in . . stopping is not an option. period.

Each workout you give it your all . . doesn't matter what happened at work . . at home . . in your sex life . .

It doesn't matter what happened last session . . last minute . . it's all about NOW . . this moment . . you HAVE to be in the moment . .

giving it your all in THIS moment will make the next moment seem easier . . why?? because there's momentum now . . you're on a roll . .

it's easier to believe you can achieve something after you've achieved something else . .

you have to have the courage first. the power second. the technique third.

refuse to lose.
