35 x 8 (3 sets)Notes: Push Jerks sucked . . slow under the bar . . coach said it didn't look too bad but you just know when it doesn't flow smoothly . . it's ok with lighter weight but once i get the heavier weight overhead shit slows down . . practise practise until it's second nature.
